SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Hungary.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment, unless otherwise stated (e.g. Pre-Order products).
Products marked as “Pre-Order” are shipped according to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country, but generally takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are adjusted to the destination country and are calculated at checkout before completing your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customs & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order is successfully delivered to you.
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the courier and provide an appropriate solution.
